In 17 months, I took Buena Park Auto Tech from ZERO PROFITS to $17,000 NET profit for the month (and growing strongly) and bankrupted the 25 year old Volvo dealer  competitor a block away who had a 2 story building and 50 cars on the lot!
 
I did this by creating a CUSTOM SALES ENGINE which is a Custom Marketing Position and Custom Scripted Sales Process for Buena Park Auto Tech which yielded an incredible predictable 85% close ratio on incoming calls when previously we got zero. Normally I don't see the competitor bleed and die but in this case the competitor was a half a block away so we did.

The Mission Impossible story: 
What a mess. 
Buena Park Auto Tech was a Volvo auto repair shop with no Volvos other than about 20 of them! They were stuck at $100,000 gross per year with no net for 5 years. Both Louie and his current partner, Tim, came from the dealer a block away from their shop. They only had 20 Volvo customers that showed up regularly and no way to get any more.  They would take on whatever type of vehicle would happen to come into the shop. 
 
Louie was a young man and lived at home which is why he had survived. They sent out a cheap mailer and had 40 calls a month from the mailer but no one would buy.  And why should they.  Louie and Tim were just a couple of mechanics in an ugly dirty auto shop.  And they were not particularly good at what they did.
 
Louie had nothing important about his auto shop.  He was a mechanic and with his partner Tim in a dirty auto shop in a bad part of town.  No reason to go there.  Just another shop.  Just drive around in any city and you'll find these everywhere just eking out a living.
 
My Mission Impossible was to create a CUSTOM SALES ENGINE which is a Custom Marketing Position and Custom Scripted Sales Process that would give him power in the marketplace so that he could grow strongly and make real money when there was no reason for it.   And I did!
