The Mission Impossible story:
What a mess. 
Mr. Wallner did home remodelling.  He was 60 years old.  He was just getting by because he couldn't sell his service.  After all, would you allow your home addition to be built by a 60 year old man and a helper?  What if he had a heart attack?
 
My Mission Impossible was to save Mr. Wallner by creating marketing power in his marketplace when there was no real reason anyone in the right mind would use a 60 year old construction guy to upgrade their home.
 
Leo Wallner was a salt of the earth kind of guy with no communication skills.  He lived in a cold Michigan town.  He was over 60 years old.  He had been in construction for over 20 years. 
 
The poor hardworking man would go out to bid on home additions and go through all the trouble of making up drawings just to lose the bid 19 out of 20 times.  It had taken a big toll on him to put up with the rejection over and over again.
 
He had been getting pretty beat up going through all the trouble of doing drawings and bidding for jobs just not to get them most of the time.  At best, he got 1 job in 20 bids.  He did not have enough sales to get to profitability.
