Result:
In 4 months, I took him from ZERO NET PROFITS and nearly out of business to $30,000 NET PROFIT/month.
 
In the next 26 months, I took him to earning a run rate of $1,000,000+ NET PROFIT/year.
 
I changed everything. 
 
I created a CUSTOM FRAME which is a CUSTOM OPERATING SYSTEM which took their re-runs from over 10% of sales to 1% of sales, making the company very profitable.  The company went from no net to $30,000 NET per month net inside 4 months. 
 
After that, I created a CUSTOM SALES ENGINE which is a Custom Marketing Position and a Custom Scripted Sales Process (Sales Engine) that worked.  He talks about it in his letter if you look closely.  We competed successfully against Kinko's by stealing Kinko's larger clients.  He moved the facilities from a front street corner to inexpensive industrial space to cope with the sales growth.  Profitability rose sharply as well.

The Mission Impossible story:
What a mess. 
 
Peter was just a printer, like any other printer.  He was out of control internally.  Worse still he was not profitable because he spent a lot of time re-doing work.  He just got his work from walk-ins because he had no marketing so his sales were undependable.  This was a franchise that went belly up and Peter got stuck with having bought the franchise and then have no help for all the money he paid.
