In 2 months, he went from near bankruptcy and working from a room in a foreclosed home to having more sales than he could handle.
 
I created a CUSTOM SALES ENGINE which is a Custom Marketing Position and a Custom Sales process.  This resulted in  an 80% predictable close ratio in the 9th week.  We started on November 18, 1996. He grew 400% in 2 months!  He was not able to take on any of the leads for January, February and March 1997 because he was out of capacity.  More sales and sales leads than he could handle in 2 months!  He did not change his program!

The Mission Impossible story:
A total mess. 
 
Gene lost his house just as I met him thanks to his not being profitable.  He had no idea how to market.  His service was no different from anyone.  His price was a lot higher than his competitor.

The verification of this case was different in that I did it in front of the Northridge Chamber of Commerce.  What had happened is that I got to speak at a Chamber breakfast.  On that morning Mr. Hudson came in and met Mr. Dick Hardman, our Chamber Executive Director.  Mr. Hardman had noticed that Mr. Hudson showed interest in coming to my seminar. 
 
Two months later Mr. Hardman asked me if Mr. Hudson had joined my program.  I said yes and that I had already turned his company around by installing a CUSTOM SALES ENGINE which resulted in a  PREDICTABLE SALES RESULT of 80%.  I showed him Mr. Hudson's verification letter. 
Mr. Hardman did not believe me so I asked him to call Mr. Hudson.  He did and happily verified my result.
